Kerry heads to the Big Apple!
Merthyr Boxer Kerry Hope is plowing forward in his career and is scheduled to fight again this time in New York at the legendary Madison Sq Garden arena when boxing legend , Welshman Joe Calzaghe fights another legend Roy Jones Jr on Nov 8th 2008 for the super middleweight championship of the world.
Everyone at PLAY wishes Kerry every success and looks forward to a win for the local boy when he makes his US debut on the Calzaghe/ Jones undercard. We also wish him all the best with his sparring sessions with Joe during the build up.
